Port Douglas Toastmasters Club

Since 1924, Toastmasters International has helped millions of men and women become more confident in front of an audience, formulate and express ideas and improve their one-on-one interactions with others.
OUR CLUB
Every club has their own version of a wonderful, supportive atmosphere- it wouldn't be Toastmasters if they didn't have that! As for our club...we, who live in Port Douglas and its surrounding areas, love living in PARADISE. You only meet happy people at our meetings (and that's not because we meet above a pub). Our club caters for locals and tourists, and we welcome guests, potential members and fellow Toasties visiting the region.
To our visitors, we offer an entertaining night and a glimpse of how Toastmasters in Port Douglas can assist your professional, personal and community lives.
To our members, we offer an on-going support network, focussed on helping you achieve the communication and leadership goals you set for yourself. Toastmasters is a pathway to communication and leadership success, whether your goals are personal or professional.
To our community, our experienced Toastmasters often volunteer their skills, as trainers in Speechcraft courses, as team members on committees, on radio, and as speakers for a variety of community events.
Come along to a meeting
You wont regret it. Toastmasters currently has more than 200,000 members in 80 countries. (And we're always learning!) Come along, have some fun and a chat. We'll gladly share information with you about the Toastmasters organisation, our club, or our perspective about how Toastmasters is working for our lives.
